The battery of my device is completely drained and it will not switch on for it to charge.

Connect it to its power charger/adapter or using the wall socket USB adaptor and the supplied USB cable. When charging over USB it is important to

  • charge using the wall socket USB adaptor instead of a PC USB port.
  • use the special USB charging cable that was supplied with the device. Charging from a standard PC USB port or using a different USB cable may result in very slow charging or no charging at all.

If your device is de-charged, the power LED will start flashing (note that on devices where the battery is completely flat, it can take up to 2 hrs of charging time before the LED starts flashing), this means that it is gathering enough charge to start. Once the unit gets enough power it will start by itself (this could take some time). Even when started, do not unplug it until it is fully charged.
