The tablet is stuck on the Android/D2 booting logo, what should I do?

First try to soft reset the tablet by pinning on reset button located on the back/side of the unit for 10-15 seconds, and then press the power key.

If problem persists, please first refer to question - “I forgot my password to log into the system, what should I do?” under FAQ-Settings section and perform the instructed steps for a factory data reset specific to your tablet model. If the reset does not resolve the problem, please submit a request to inform us of the problem and receive RMA instructions.
